Meeting the Legal Other Governance Obligations of State Bodies
State Boards are required to comply with the Code of Practice for Governance and to formally confirm compliance with the provisions of the Code. In addition the Code states that the Board should satisfy itself that all statutory obligations are identified and made known to it as part of the compliance obligation. This special event will review and explain the main statutory and regulatory obligations on State Boards.
