It is proposed to have a further expansion to the annual programme of events in 2012. This will include a minimum of 12 events to which Forum member organisations will receive invitations. The direct support and advisory work with individual member organisations will continue

The programme takes into account the likely implications of a difficult economic environment and the proposals for the restructuring of public bodies.

The May Conference with the provisional title ‘To be or not to Be’ will combine national and international speakers in a discussion of the benefits and costs of agency rationalisations and governing boards.
