One commentator has described a Code of Conduct as the ‘heart and soul’ of an organisation. The Revenue commissioners identify as key responsibilities ‘to provide clear information and to make dealing with us as easy as possible’
The presentations and the discussion at the event will provide an opportunity to discuss issues which face many organisations. Maurice Manning, President IHRC, will discuss human rights and the public sector. Josephine Feehily, Revenue Commissioners Chairperson, will outline approaches taken by the Revenue . James Connington, IPA specialist, will discuss employee codes of conduct and service delivery.
