The Governance Forum event at the IPA on 24 May will be a luncheon round table discussion of the role of the Board/ Company secretary. The event will look at expectations for the role in State bodies including in the areas of compliance, board effectiveness and reporting. It will be an opportunity to hear experts in specific areas and to share experience on good practice. Details are in the event announcement.
