This briefing will provide an overview of the roles of members of the boards of state, public and not for profit bodies. In order to effectively discharge their responsibilities board members require an awareness of the public sector governance guidelines together with an appreciation of the obligations and expectations of those who occupy director positions in organisations. Participants will have an opportunity to raise and have discussed issuies of particular interest.
Each Member organisation of the Forum is invited to make three nominations.
